EFT TAPPING — EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE

Eleven years.
Two sessions.

Gone.

That was my experience with EFT tapping.

Not because I gained more willpower. Because the pattern was never living in the conscious mind to begin with. That realization changed everything.

WHAT IS EFT TAPPING

Acupressure meets
subconscious reprogramming.

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique.  It’s a body-based modality that combines tapping on specific acupressure points with focused attention on an emotion, pattern, belief, memory, or physical sensation.

As you tap, the nervous system begins to regulate. The brain receives signals of safety while you stay connected to the thing that normally creates a stress response.

The emotional charge around the pattern starts to dissolve. Not because you endlessly talked about it. Because you worked with it at the level where it was being stored.

That’s why EFT can create shifts that years of conscious-mind work often never reach.

It doesn’t just work with thoughts.

It works with the nervous system, the body, and the subconscious patterns beneath them.

THE SCIENCE

Why this actually works

EFT has been studied in clinical trials and shown measurable effects on cortisol levels, anxiety, PTSD symptoms, and phobias. This work isn’t based on belief.
It’s based on the brain, the nervous system, and the body’s ability to change.

WHAT TO EXPECT

What actually happens
in a
session.

BEFORE WE START

After booking, you’ll receive a detailed intake questionnaire about the pattern, emotion, or issue you’re working with.

I use your answers to prepare a tapping script specific to you so we can work at the level that actually matters from the very beginning.

THE SESSION

I’ll guide you through tapping sequences while we tune into whatever’s present: an emotion, sensation, memory, belief, or subconscious pattern.

The focus isn’t on endlessly retelling the story.
It’s on working with the emotional charge beneath it.

Most people notice a shift within the first round.

WHAT YOU MIGHT FEEL

Some people feel a profound release during the session, such as tears, yawning, lightness, and clarity.

Others notice more subtle shifts that become obvious in the days after.

Every nervous system is different. What’s consistent is that the emotional charge around the issue begins to change — often significantly.

AFTER

When we work at the right level, the change often doesn’t require constant maintenance.

Some patterns shift in a single session. Others unfold more gradually.

But the direction is the same: less charge, more freedom.

QUESTIONS

Things people ask

before their first session.

Does it actually work? Or is this just tapping on your face?

I get why it looks strange. Tapping on your face doesn’t immediately scream “this will change your life.” But the research is real — EFT has been studied for its effects on cortisol, nervous system regulation, anxiety, PTSD symptoms, phobias, emotional patterns, and behavioral change.

More than that, my personal experience is undeniable. And I’ve watched it create profound shifts for the people I work with too.

Do I have to talk about everything that happened to me?

No. EFT doesn’t require you to endlessly retell the story.

We work with what’s present — the emotion, the sensation, the subconscious charge beneath it.

You can do effective tapping without explaining every detail. The body already knows where the pattern lives. We just follow it.

What if I don’t feel anything during the session?

Some people feel big releases. Some feel subtle shifts. Some feel nothing obvious in the moment and then notice things differently in the days after — the thing they were dreading doesn’t feel charged anymore, the pattern doesn’t show up, the old trigger just doesn’t land the same way.

Every nervous system processes at its own pace. Feeling nothing dramatic in the session doesn’t mean nothing moved.

How many sessions do I need?

It depends on what we’re working with.

Some things resolve in one session. A specific phobia, a single charged memory, a pattern that’s fairly surface-level — one session can do a lot.

Deeper patterns that have been running for years may take more. Most people feel a meaningful shift from the first session regardless. We’ll know more after we get in there together.

Is this therapy? Are you a licensed therapist?

No. I’m not a licensed therapist, and these sessions are not psychotherapy.

EFT is used in a variety of settings — including coaching, wellness, and some therapeutic practices — but my work is rooted in nervous system regulation, subconscious pattern work, and neuroscience-informed coaching.

If you’re currently in therapy, tapping can be a powerful complement to that work. It doesn’t replace it.

Can I combine roXiva® with EFT Tapping?

Yes and it's one of the most powerful things you can do. roXiva® drops your nervous system into a theta state where the subconscious becomes far more accessible. That's exactly when we do the EFT tapping. The two together go deeper than either one alone. Book the roXiva + EFT session here.

Can we do this virtually?

Yes. Virtual EFT is just as effective as in-person.

The tapping is something you do on your own body, guided by me on the call. All you need is a quiet space and a stable connection.

Sessions are available worldwide via Zoom.

The work begins
beneath the story.
